1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Referwise ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Referwise is a marketplace that connects job seekers with verified employees ("Referrers") at companies across India. Referrers may submit employee referrals on behalf of job seekers in exchange for a fee. Referwise facilitates the connection but does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments

All fees are displayed before you confirm a referral request. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Referwise retains a platform fee from each transaction. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Referral Process

Referrers agree to submit genuine employee referrals through their company's internal process. Referrers must not misrepresent their employment status or ability to refer. Job seekers must provide truthful information in their profiles and resumes.

6. Disclaimers

Referwise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any referral will result in an interview, job offer, or employment. The Platform is not a recruitment agency and does not provide career advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
