Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026
At Referwise, we want every transaction to be fair for both job seekers and referrers. Below are the scenarios that determine refund eligibility.
1. Referrer Declines the Request
If a referrer declines your referral request before submitting the referral, you will receive a full refund. The refund is processed automatically and returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Referral Deadline Missed
Each referral request has a deadline by which the referrer must submit the referral. If the referrer does not complete the referral within the agreed timeframe, you will receive a full refund automatically.
3. Disputed Referrals
If you believe a referral was not submitted as promised, or the referrer provided misleading information, you can raise a dispute through your dashboard. Our admin team will review the case and may issue a full or partial refund based on the findings. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the referral deadline.
4. Completed Referrals
Once a referrer has successfully submitted your referral through their company's internal system, the transaction is considered complete. No refunds are issued for completed referrals, regardless of the outcome of your job application (e.g., interview result or hiring decision).
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Eligible refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5–7 business days. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at support@referwise.com.
