For Job Seekers
Browse Jobs
Search through thousands of active job listings at top companies. Filter by location, salary, company, and more. Each listing shows how many points you'll need to request a referral.
Request a Referral
Found a job you want? Click "Request Referral" and spend the required points. Your request goes to verified employees at that company who can refer you. Include a note about your background to increase your chances.
Get Referred
An employee reviews your profile and decides to refer you. They submit your information through their company's referral system. You'll receive confirmation and next steps within 48 hours.
Apply & Interview
With a referral, your resume goes to the top of the pile. You're 4x more likely to get an interview. The rest is up to you - ace that interview and land the job!
For Referrers (Earn Money)
List Open Positions
Add jobs that are actively hiring at your company. Set the points you'll earn for each referral (typically 400-600 points based on seniority).
Review Requests
When someone requests a referral for a job you posted, you'll get a notification. Review their profile, resume, and LinkedIn. You have full control - only refer candidates you believe in.
Make the Referral
If you decide to refer them, submit through your company's internal referral system. Upload proof (screenshot or confirmation email) to Referwise.
Earn Points & Redeem
Points are instantly added to your account. Redeem them for Amazon gift cards, Flipkart vouchers, PayPal cash, or other rewards. Plus, if your referral gets hired, you also get your company's referral bonus!
